Kenneth Harrell is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by held by held by less than 3% of all attorneys in NJ (2.2%). He has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in personal injury actions including motor vehicle accidents, explosion cases, medical malpractice cases and fall down cases. He graduated from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia with a BA in International Studies and a minor in French. Kenneth then went to Seton Hall Law and received his JD in 2004. He clerked for the presiding judge of the Civil Division in Union County. After that, he began working at a large plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, where he began trying cases.
Kenneth was Certified as Civil Trial Attorney in 2011. In 2012 Kenneth left the large plaintiffs personal injury firm and began working for a smaller firm. In 2015, he started his own firm with two partners and in 2022, he began The Harrell Law Firm.
